Bought 1040 sq. Ft. Of hardwood flooring that was "in stock" from Beaverfloor.com in April and paid half the total amount due. Paid the remaining balance due in May and was told our order would be shipped the first week of June. (They do not take COD's) Here it is August and we still have not received our flooring. We have been told that their plant went out of business; we have been told that they got slammed with orders and they are 2 months behind; we have been told that our order was in the finishing process and that it would be delivered the following Monday (this was suppose to be "in stock", remember?). Next Monday never comes. Have since found out that the Attorney General of New York has a $450,000. Judgement against this Neal Martin when the name of the company was Beaverhome.com. Go to "Complaints.com" and read 16 pages of complaints.
Have turned this over to an attorney. If you have any additional information that we can pass on to him please let us know.
