30 years ago when we got our once a year new shoes we had to "break" them in and softened up the leather. After our blisters healed our shoes fit perfect. Matt the service technician came to fix my brand new recliner because I can not get out of it once it reclines. Matt actually put this is writing.."the chair will work fine over time it just needs to be used more". Gee..in this century it is not shoes we have to work in... It is recliners.
