Unproffesional, untimely and lacking in customer service

Andy's Fence LLC lures you in with friendly estimators and competitive pricing. However, once you commit the estimate, be prepared to wait weeks at a time to have a fence built around your home. When your installation date arrives, expect to experience no shows and no communication to explain or reschedule. If you try to call to reach the owner, do not expect a return call. I called on 3 occasions requesting to speak directly to the owner, to which I was denied the request, they took messages and never returned phone calls. What should have been a 5-7 day job, took almost 3 weeks. None of my concerns were ever addressed, they just installed the fence, without my knowledge.

After completion of the fence I was sent an invoice with incorrect measurements and overage charges. When I called to request a re measure, the grudgingly obliged. The owner came out with no prior notification and begain walking my property without my knowledge or permission. Once I discovered him there, I confronted him, and he did nothing more than make excuses and become beligerent, and make threats to me, of repurcussions if I were to make a complaint or report about it. I asked nothing more than for my issues to be addressed and handled, and he simply could not take the time to be bothered. DO NOT go with Andy's Fence. They are rude, unprofesional, and slow on the job. Trust me, pay the extra cash for good customer service!
