We hired this company to bring in top soil for newly dug flower beds and to distribute on our lawn to even out uneven areas. What we received is not what we would consider top soil in fact, we would consider it clay and it was full of weeds. Our flower beds are now caked with baked clay and our lawn has been infested with weeds. They also slit seeded, and after 5 weeks, the grass has yet to grow. We called to ask them to take care of this problem. We were told that this is the quality of top soil available in Indiana and suggested we spray for weeds. They also installed our Sprinkler System and despite the fact that we walked the property with the project foreman indicating the location of the buried Invisible Fence they managed to cut it in so many places it required 185 feet of new wire to be run at a cost of $300. Outdoor Escapes reimbursed us only $80 claiming that the fine print on the contract held them not responsible at all.
Very disappointing experience, we could not recommend this company.
