They gave me a quote and a receipt for deposit by email after speaking in a professional manner over the phone. They checked out okay with the better business bureau. They quoted 1200 dollars and promised a date two months away. They came six days late after promising each day to 'call back in ten minutes..." that they would arrive in an hour, the next morning etc. I missed a plane, a job orientation and more.
The move was from MI to Oregon. I finally had to leave on the sixth day. The new tenants were living around my things. ON late day six my neighbor let them in and represented me and watched them move things. THey didn't send a reliance truck they sent a budget truck. They took it to a storage unit and didn't tell me which one.
They told me it would be free storage and then 90 dollars a month, then sent me a bill for 7700 dollars and 270 a month storage. They are scammers and my whole home was stolen. The police say to hire an attorney. I need an attorney to contact me and help me find out where my things are. I am in oregon, a nurse, single mom. These folks, after reading the rip off report, have done this to many others. Just keep reading! Help!
