Sleepy's has the WORST customer service ever.
I wanted to buy a trundle bed and I told the salesman already that I'm getting a Crate & Barrel trundle that may have different dimensions. He insisted the mattress he gave me would fit and told me the exchange process would be easy ("all you have to do is call us and that's it!").
Of course the mattress didn't fit. I called him up at the showroom and was told to contact Customer Service. I did that and I was told to contact the showroom. I contacted the showroom AGAIN and apparently, everyone was busy so I had to leave my number. I waited the entire day and they didn't bother calling me back. So I called again and was told to contact the Exchange Manager. Did that. I was told to contact the showroom. AGAIN.
Oh and I would be charged $149 for the exchange and I must take on all the shipping and handling fees. It's all in the fine print. So I called the showroom again, only to be told that they don't have a mattress that'll fit my needs.
