I purchased a Luxury Eurotop Europa Mattress. From Bedmart for no intrest no payments until 2009. I also was told I was getting Latex and Memory foam Quilted foam / egg crate foam. From the newspaper ad, to the misleading horrible Europa mattress I have not been able to sleep for over a month.
First night I slept in a mattress that already had a body indention, and it wasnt mine, the mattress went to firm to soft and the middle slopes up. The next morning I called very upset 2556.00 dollars was more than I ever spent on a mattress, and I expected to have the mattress be just like the one on the floor model, soft eurotop with Latex and Memory foam as one of its selling attributes. My mattress lawful label says polyurothane 73/3/8. Bedmarts manager and sales employee now became rude and uncaring about the bed being defected or major difference ' I could pay 10% plus 50.00 delivery to get another mattress, YEAH right, not a care in the world about the lawful label issue or their rude remarks and lies to cover for their frauduant sale to me and my mother.
I had to call the Mesa store because I was tired of being yelled at and treated like dirt. The customer service / supervisor has not tried to call me back, four differnt messages I have left.in the mail came my first due payment of 107.00 this was another lie they led us to believe, no payments no intrest untill they gave 12 or 24 month I picked 24 month. Payments were lower is why, they failed to enlighten my mother and I that only no intrest was part of the 24 month choice. Now I have one of the worst mattresses Ihave ever slept on with a 107.00 payment for the next 2 years. No extra 300.00 dollars is available for me to do a one time exchange for another one of their fake mattresses. On dissability at 44 makes it impossibl for me to come up with more money, I am sick to my stomach at Bedmarts ethics and fraudulant selling of mattresses and how they can continue to get away with it.
