Almost a year ago I had Turner Pest Control come to my home and spray for termites. When they came in they informed us that they would have to drill into the walls. I said that's fine... My husband can repair the drywall holes but DO NOT drill into my wallpaper as this cannot be replaced very easily and it will be expensive to repair/replace.
Well... They drilled into to wallpaper!!! Not only do I have damage to my walls but I also STILL HAVE TERMITES!!! Oh yes, I have sent letters and photos to the company. I have spoken with several representatives about the problem and they have assured me that they would repair the damage. It has never happened!!!
My next step is to file with the Better Business Bureau. Shame on Turner Pest Control. You will never have my business again!!!
