On hold for 2 hrs now and still listening to music

Listing online says rooms at have kitchens - now i find out (from the hotel that it is wrong - none of their rooms have kitchens). The hotel checked on travelocity and saw that it advertises kitchens in the rooms and now i am stuck trying to fix this... I wonder if they forgot to turn on their phones - will never deal with this company again... Hello expedia or priceline
