Don't Care About Quality Work or Warranty

NO proper management was put on the site for my roof install after I had been told that there would, indeed, be a manager on site.

None, however, was given.
When leaks appeared, they were arrogant, hostile, and did not have answers.

They demanded to be paid despite the problems that they caused.

Caustic attitude from the owner, Scott Teed, who appeared irrational by blaming the homeowner for the problems that they certainly caused.
Bad attitude and bad workmanship.

To boot, they have ignored their 5 year warranty all together and have not properly repaired some items that they know are not correct.

The homeowner now has to find and pay for another roofer to finally repair the issues that have been reported to Landmark for over 2 years now.

This company advertises a lot but their servicing does not back up their claims of being a quality company.
I have not seen anything of quality from them in my dealings with them.
