Contractor verbally made many promises and made written promises to homeowner and the Dept. Of State, State of Florida, however, promise were not kept, agreements were overlooked. After leaks caused over $14,000.00 in damage, homeowner took it upon himself to have roof repaired, then failing to get any co-operation from builder, filed lawsuit.
