Nd Design visited our development in April. We gave him money for a landscape design. Richard called nearly every day to see how our decision process was progressing. Once we finalized a design it was submitted to the association for approval. Richard refused to do any work before the design was approved even though he had a verbal approval from the head of the association to proceed with irigation and sod. We have since received approval from the association and Richard Lee has refused to return phone calls and his voice mail box is full. Upon further investigation we have discovered he has been doing this to homeowners for years. Richard was actualy arrested for not showing up for a previous court date. Richard has a long list of court cases in Hennepin county. He will now have one more because we are going to small claims court to try to get our $4900 back.
