In a survey of Pulte and Del Webb Homeowners conducted by Building Justice, fifty-nine percent of respondents reported construction defects within their Pulte and Del Webb homes. References to specific defects cited nearly every aspect of home construction: electrical, painting, drywall, ceilings, stucco and other masonry, plumbing, air conditioning, landscaping, drainage and driveways, among other defects.
