Terrible service on website, phone, and appliance scheduling

1. Phone Service Criticism, 2. Site Criticism, 3. Garden Tractor Criticism, 4. Arrangement Fix Criticism - 8-hour screen! Sear Lawn Tractor bought July. Come up with improperly, delivered and introduced a brand new one. Bought their warranty program. 8-hour screen to get a fix phone, 3 months away! How handy is the fact that? I'm considering obtaining this back again to sears and choosing a John Deere. The web site doesn't allow you to login, "please visit sears.com and have a three minutes brief study about your telephone help". After I adopted the on line directions to login, my passwd ended, "please verify your mail to get a new code" fails, no body in the site quantity is any aid, somebody can get back in 24 hours...

There entire telephone program is just a large run-around, I've been moved and provided telephone numbers all day for "client relationships".
