I purchased a $1000 outdoor refrigerator made by this company. It failed within about four months. Six attempts at repair have failed, and the company has failed to send a new unit, despite assurances.
I have called at least once a week for the past three months— this claim was initiated in February, and it is almost June. Each week they say, "call back next week."
I have also sent faxes to them with all the relevant info. They don't respond.
