Bought Cyberhome CH-LDV 700B from WalMart on 4-12-04. Delivered defective device 24 hours later for another.
This device failed out-of return guarantee period. Approached Cyberhome/Argus and was released a RMA# about the 6th of July.
Exactly the same device was delivered concerning the 16th of July within the identical situation because it was delivered. Today they'll not react to my emails or records ship via the help site. The manufacturer warranty time is 3 months.
I also called customer support at WalMart about the guidance of the supervisor of the shop where I created the purchase. (1 800-walmart). I had been informed that the nearby area supervisor might contact my within 2 business days. Four times have now passed by without any contact from Walmart or anybody.
