We have spent a lot of money with this company Dick Van Dyke Appliance World over the past years. A year ago we bought a front loading washer. It is supposed to have their 5 year parts and labor, minus the gas they need to get here to fix something. Our washer has never been right from the beginning. We finally called after getting tired of ruining clothes. (It was dumping the bleach prematurely onto white clothes and leaving big bleach spots on the clothes). Dick Van Dyke Appliance World sent a repairman to look at it. We paid the gas, it is 35 miles from there to here. He had to order a part and come back. We paid the gas again for him to come back and install the part. It seemed all was fine and we did not complain, but within that week we noticed the washer leaking out the front when we do laundry. It never leaked before he changed out the part. We called back again and the repairman has to come out again due to something he installed incorrectly, and they are UNBELIEVABLY charging us the gas cost AGAIN! We will never buy another appliance from this company.
