Buyer beware! Scammed out of $5,000. For home deposit as have so, so many over the last few years. Why aren't government agencies responding to complaints?

Rippoff/Scam artists.

QWH approves you for financing, has you come by to choose decor on home & drop off deposit check. Contracts are signed under false pretenses. QWH then delays or declines financing while refusing to return deposits.
My financing was deliberately delayed so that I lost the land I had planned to put the home on. Company refuses to return deposit and follow their own contract terms. QWH ignored complaint from BBB. QWH evades process servers for small claims lawsuits. I'm on my third service fee, but am not giving up!

Has anyone out there actually received a home from this company?

Class action is so needed!
