On January 3 I purchased a bookshelf. It had to be ordererd so I was told by the manager that it would be in 6 weeks, I was in no rush so I said ok. When 2 months passed by and I had not received a call from Nationwide I called the store and the only thing that I was told was that it was back ordered and someone will call me and let me know when it was ready.
After another 3 weeks I go by I decided to go by the store to find out what's going on and realized that the place has closed down with no notice to me. I did not receive a letter or phone call telling me that the place has closed down. I tried calling the customer service number and every other store they own and all the number are disconnected. I am out if $100.00 and I am pissed beyond belief.
