These people are unbelievable. From the word go they did nothing that they said they would. It took 14 business days for me to even get the item shipped. I told them to cancel it and although they could call the company and find out that it was on the dock "to be shipped" they were unable to cancel. Then when I got the rug and was going to just return to sender I decided to get an RMA, lie after lie after lie, I will email you, we will call you in a day, etc. Just so much BS. Finally I told the manager of credit. Sandy at [email protected] that I would dispute the charges and file negative reviews everywhere I could. Well here is one. Buy your rugs at overstock.com. Much nicer rugs and excellent customer service. These company's on the internet need to be put out of business.
