I ordered cushions and covers 8/13/07 and paid $869.54. I was told 4-6 weeks delivery. Late September I contacted Homespun Home Fashions, aka Crate Furniture and left a message inquiring about order/delivery. The company has no email address and utilizes an answering system; never does a human answer the telephone. I received messages stating that the order will ship in two weeks, order cancelled, manufacturer no longer produces material and would receive similar or same messages for several weeks. Finally contacted BBB (Better Business Bureau) of VA, assigned case #, contacted company and finally on 10/10/07 informed me that a refund would be forthcoming. No refund. Contacted BBB again... Today I received a note stating that they have exhaused their resources and will close the case as not resolved. Still no refund. I have left messages continually inquiring about the refund and have not received a call. It is a deceitful business.
