I placed an order for sofa cushions (covers and foam), pillows, and chair covers for my This End Up furniture in early April. I was told at the time that it would take 2 to 2-1/2 months 'because of heavy order volume' at the time.
Two or three weeks later I called and added seat and back foam for my chair to the order and was told that instead of 2 to 2-1/2 months, it would now be three months! And then four months! It has now been five months and still nothing!!! (I did receive the two pieces of foam for the chair two weeks ago — two pieces of mismatched foam. The seat foam is 1" thicker than the back foam and much denser.)
This company has given me excuse after excuse after excuse and still cannot deliver the items for which they have been holding my more than $500.00 for FIVE MONTHS! I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere before buying from Crate Furniture.
