I signed a 1 year agreement with Hulett and paid for the full year. I had to call several times for them to come back and finaly gave up and did it myself. After the year was up I never thought about them untill I recieved a bill in the mail 3 months after the end of the contract.
I called to ask why I had gotten this bill and they told me that I never sent a letter to cancel, I had spoke with them on the phone and told them I no longer wanted the services.
I asked for a coppy of my contract (I did not remember seeing a mandatory letter) I began getting calls allmost daily about this $65 bill. I responded the same way each time, send me the contract.
This went on for a while then they started calling my cell phone. I should add that I recieved a statment saying they had sprayed my yard for flees, ticks and ants all of whitch I still had. I had given my dogs Advantage as well and that did not work I still found ticks on them.
Well after a very long time and many many phone calls I got the contract and they had highlited a part that said the contract was for 1 year and they would need to be notified if I wanted to cancel.
I phoned them back and told them I paid for the 1 year in advance (never do that again) then I called and told them not to come out anymore but they said that doesn't count only a letter will do.
I sent them the $65 just to stop the calls I swear they paid more than $65 in payroll to people to keep calling me.
I am disabled so I am home alot I found it odd they came when I was out and that they got in the gate with 3 dogs in the yard, one that has bitten before. I don't think they ever came to spray my yard at all.
P.S. The dogs are fine I got Revalution from the vet.
