We bought a Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer set in December.in December I started to get error messages on the washer.in January I began to get even more error messages. So on and so forth... By March it was completely inoperable (3 months out of warranty)... I called Whirlpool and all they would do is offer to set up a repair appointment to replace the circuit board... All at my expense.
Once I began looking on the internet for known problems for this machine I knew I was in for a long haul. LOADS of problems! I even emailed the corporation, but as of yet no response. This is not a cheap machine... Over $900.00! I am sick about this... No more Whirlpools for me!
My advice... Skip Whirlpool. I hope someone can start a class action suit against Whirlpool for these machines...
