Misleading, complicated, unauthorized charges for useless service.information is inaccurate

After receiving an email about foreclosures, I checked their website, and signed up for the free trial.

After signing up for the free trial, little information was available.

Suddenly, we had $297.00 taken out of our account.in the fine print, which I actually did not see, they claimed if I did not respond within the 10 days, I paid the money. I argued that it was wrong and called my bank.

Typical and as usual, the bank could "do nothing".

So I tried to use the services they claimed to be providing, which was access to all the foreclosure listings in the country. Nothing would come up in my reports, yet I received yet another email soliticing my membership and claiming to have 7 listings in my area.

In order to access those 7 listings, I would have to sign up for the free trial all over again!

This was most definitely a rip-off. A painfully expensive lesson.
