My husband and I were looking to buy a home and came across a website allhud.com that advertises home forclosures along with addresses and the banks that owns them. This is all the info you get! But Watch OUT we signed up for a 3-day trial for $9.79.
During that time we found several listings ALL of them were SOLD none of the homes on this site were current on the market.
DAY 4 CAME and we decided that the site didn't help. Three day trial up RIGHT! WRONG!
DAY 5 My bank card was charged UN-authorized by me for $79.79 which I am disputing through my bank.
No where does it say in there TERMS OF USE that after the 3 day trial that I'd agree to a monthly membership. NO WHERE!!! But it does say if you sign up for a monthly membership you have to cancel.
They leave out the fact that you have to cancel the 3 day trial as well.
Don't use there service because they provide no service no information and take your money.
They also are NOT affiliated with HUD but the website is misleading to that fact.
