Jeannie Tolbert owns xx Sparks Rd, Manor, TX 11 acre tract and she has subdivided it and sold at least 3 lots of it. This property has not been legally subdivided so you can not develop on any of these lots you will not be able to get permits. The subdivided lots on this property are plotted not platted. We have confirmed this with Travis County Subdivision department. She is owner financing these lots so no title search is done. We are in the process of suing her to stop her from ripping off other people and for violating the deeds of the subdivision this property is already in.
