You will find why you never want to do any business or real estate transaction with her. She has had property foreclosed on, is endlessly being sued, and the pages and pages of records tell the story. You also could check the tax appraisal of the property to see that the value of the property has been radically reduced to about 20% the worth years ago. This is far beyond that real estate prices in Florida have collasped to less than 50% the values just 3 years ago.

The local, county and state authorizes have approved for YOU to build on the property because old and fake permits are worthless and so all those things before you sign anything.
A contract for her property that does not record the property in your name on record and with a title policy could be seized. That would mean you would lose the property and anything you spent on it.

Florida is well known for real estate scams and if you buy property without a title company title policy and without local, county and state government first giving the ok to build, plus had it surveyed and doing all this before signing any contract then you are the sucker Hutchcroft is looking for.
