Signed Contracts 2/28/07 for work to begin 3/31/07. Nobody called - 2nd attempt with many phone calls for when work will begin. Finally rec'd a date to start work 4/16/07, but no show. After many phone calls, finally rec'd call 4/27/07 with a new start date of April 30th. And again no show from landscape company. Work finally started May 1st only after with a threat of canceling the project, finally 2 men with no guidance and had no clue on what had to be done. The next day one guy showed up May 3rd to complete a job that would have been 1 week with a crew of 4. Again no contact til May 7th with a new start date. The work performed was horrible. I though I would at least get a landscapers design look. I had to cancel the project. The company took my money and never looked back. I call numerous times to get some of my money back with no luck. The sad part to the story I convinced my poor neighbor to join us and was rip off as well. I had many projects at the same and was never treated this bad. My problem is with Friesmill, which has been trashed on BBB. No, Robert Bailey started a new company "My Lawn Care company". Things have not changed. People are apparently treated the same with no respect. My only advice for people is to pay with a credit card.
