Joe Cirino and Bob Bailey were given three deposits for an irrigation system, landscaping and EP Henry pavers. They started the jobs but never finished. Bob Bailey changes the company name often: Fries Mill Landscape, Paradise Gardens, Earth Under Fire Construction, My Lawn Care Company, Bettersheds, and Amish Built Storage are some of the names I know of. If googled you will see Joe Cirino has a prior charge to insurance fraud. Bob Bailey has now filed bankruptcy but is still able to continue doing business. How is this???
I live around the corner from him and have to pass his place of business every day to get home. It is a slap in the face to see him continue to take consumers money. I have found three other families that he has done this to. One of them living right down the street!!!
I also have a list of five families on a bankruptcy report and am looking for others. We need to put a stop to all of this and warn the public. Please be aware and dont fall victim as i did!!
