HomeCenter.com showed the facuet we wanted as available. Placed order and after no receiving it in two weeks called Customer Service. After waiting on line for over 20 minutes and hearling all these wonderful things about HomeCenter.com and their customer service we found that to be totally the opposite.
After 4 calls and promises of return calls - nothing. Last call made service stated product discontinued but could pay more and get it from another supplier. After refusing they said they could not help with a credit but must e-mail [email protected]. After no response from e-mail. Called credit and return department. Person there stated they could not help but had to contact the e-mail and that was the "owner".
No response from e-mail. Found all staff members to be unhelpful and actually somehwhat rude.
No choice but to dispute with the credit card company. Now there is concern that HomeCenter.com can abuse individuals credit cards.
Be careful. Don't trust HomeCenter.com
