The acrylic on the bottom of my hot tub is separating from the lamination on the floor of my hot tub.
Since the dealer that I purchased the hot tub from in no longer in business, I called the Cal Spas Warranty Customer Service department. They provided with me with several numbers of companies to contact for having the hot tub repaired.
I called all of the numbers that were provided (some more then once), and have had no luck with getting the hot tub repaired. Of the companies that answered the phone, all refused to do the warranty work since the hot tub was not purchased from them.
After hours of trying to get this issue resolved, I contacted Cal Spa's Warranty Department again. This time they requested that I send them pictures of the lump in the bottom of my hot tub. Although this sounds good in theory, it's hard to show a lump at the bottom of a hot tub in a picture, since it will be taken by looking down into the hot tub.
In addition to the pictures, they wanted a letter, a copy of sales receipt.
They would not quote me a time to have this repaired.
I use my hot tub every day, sometimes two to three times a day and am very disappointed in Cal Spas.
