Cal Spas
Quick Spa Parts, Do not buy Spa Parts from these people. Two month later spa parts should be their name

Miscellaneous Ted272 0

I contacted them today and she said the part just shipped out. I said I ordered that over a month ago and lost the job already. The woman told me I am sorry but we have a NO RETURN POLICY. The only way to get the phone number was from my bank after they withdrew the money. If you go to the site the ...

I too have had a bad experience with Cal Spa products. We spent almost $10,000 for an eight-seat with waterfall and lights. Less than a year later, we had the first pump replaced. Shortly thereafter we had the second pump replaced. The dealer ended up going out of business mainly as a result of ...

Spa is broke more than it works. So called warranty is a joke

Construction & Repair Michelle1588 0

Bought a cal spa for $6000 11/1/06 and have more warranty paperwork that I could open a paper store. All of it useless paperwork though because Cal Spas do not stand behind their warranties. They should start paying me an hourly rate for all the time I spend sending in complaints and making phone ...

Very poor product, not built as described

I recently purchased a Cal Spa hot tub based on the information provided by the dealer and Cal Spa's web site. There proclamation that the tub is "fully foamed" is a lie. There are dozens of bare patches where heat can escape. The entire foaming job is sloppy and incomplete. Energy ...

I Purchased a Cal Flame grill, made by Calspas, along with components from Caribbean Pools and Spas. The purchase was made solely as the result of Cal Flame's "Lifetime Component Warranty". This warranty covers the grill, among other things, against corrosion. After 6 months of use, the ...

Buyer Beware

Construction & Repair Michelle1450 0

My family purchased a Cal Spa Hot Tub in 2002 at a price of $7,000. We felt that this would be an enjoyable purchase. However, this is not the case. We have had several issues with this hot tub and as a result of the many issues we have not used the hot tub more than 50 times since ownership. We ...
