Received a rebate agreement with the purchase of a sewing machine 08/20. This rebate was due in 3 years. I filled everything out and turned in at that time.
I turned in all the necessary information needed 07/23/07. I received notification that they received the material by certified mail.
In November I phoned them and they stated that they were running behind but should be receiving something sometime after the middle of December.
At this time 01/08/08 there is no phone service to this number and I have not receive any rebate, information or phone call.
