In September of I contacted Ashley furniture in Appleton, WI, because i have a four to six inch gap in the middle of the furnture. The technical repairman was very nice and helpful, however, there was nothing he could do. Over the next month and half i contacted the company for possible refund or exchange for the furniture.

I had called the company about 20 to 30 times, each time customer service stated that the manager Tim Greene. I have talk to Tim, and he apologized for the miscommunication. Tim stated he would call service and repair department. I had to talk to the manager of this department, because Tim never called me back with the result of their conservation. Tim never callled me back since he apologized.

After refusing to refund or exchange the furniture, I contact the BBB and report the complaint.in Tim responses to the BBB, he stated, that the furniture is supposed to have a 4-6 inch gap, and the cushion at the point of the gap has already lost its affect of a cushion. When I bought the furniture there was no gap.
