Beware of Scenic Homes builders. It's the worst. I live in HighPoint Commons in Union City. They lied about the homeowners association. We never had a homeowners association created for us. Someone vandalized our sign in the entrance. Keep in mind the builders were on still on site and they repaired the sign with a plastic sign. What a pi*ed poor job. Just be aware of the promises they tell you before purchasing your house with Scenic Homes. The warranty was terrible. Never called back when leaving a message. The left my back yard with a cliff without leveling it off flat. I can on and on. Just beware of Scenic homes.
