Case Description: They were to clean my windows, tracks, & screens on 5/14/07. I returned home to discover that had not and called them immediately to find out why? I thanked them for the SPIT BOTTLE left in my driveway and was told that they would be back out the next day - I requested Sat. Since I would be home. They never showed. I requested a refund and was told by Tony that they would not issue one per their policy. I asked him where on the invoice it stated that they could not issue a refund after not completing a job? It does not.
I asked to speak to the owner and after hemming and hawing was told his name was Jim Campbell and he had no idea when he would return. After further questioning I was told that he was on vacation and still they did NOT know when he would return.
Tony said he would send someone else out. I said that we have been there done that with them still not showing up and I am tired of there lies. They cashed my check, did not do the job and should not be paid for it. Reported them to the BBB and they did not respond. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office also. I have called and called them and still no resolution - THEY LIE! They do not do the JOB!
