3-4 years ago, I entered into a lease to own agreement with Sabrina Calnan. I gave her $5,000.000 upfront before I moved into her rental. My intention was to by her home, after a few years. I found the home to have MAJOR structual damage. I choose not buy the Home. Sabrina was under a pinch, as she said to hurry and unload the home. She was aware of the Damage to the hme foundiation-wise... And other neighbors told me as well. She evivited me and my son, in the middle of winter, so she could try to find another unsuspecting perosn. She had kept the entire deposit of $5000,000 I had given her.
I also paid over $1000.000 for lightning fixtures and c eiling fans to help the value of the home. The labor was done with NO charge to her, and she never paid for the ceiling fans. When the house was moved out of I had hired a cleaning service, and left a few items in the house that Sabrina wanted.
Here is also a copy of a letter written by ASabrina 4 months before I moved out. As you can see... I was up to date on all payments, WHO is TELLING THE TRUTH?
Sabrina, has SOUR Apples because she bought a house with HEAVY DAMAGE then tried to sell it with As IS. Nobody in there right mind would have purchased that home.
