I have used Reardon Construction, Pool and Spa Experts, for several years to winterize my spa. They blowout and plug the lines, remove the spa jet eyeballs, strainer and solar cover and put everything in my winter cover sack for storage. When I reopened the spa this spring all of the spa jet eyeballs were missing. The rings were there, but no jet eyeballs. I figured that Reardon's crew must have put them in one of their tool cases by mistake.
Three weeks ago I called Reardon Construction Pool and Spa Experts and explained the situation that their crew had taken the jets. They told me they would get back to me. They never did!
I called again today and was told the same thing, they would get back to me. Half an hour later I got a call and was told that if I wanted the jet eyeballs that I could buy them from them at a cost of $70.00. I again explained that I did not lose the jets, that their crew lost them. I was told, tough, if you want them you will have to pay for them. It's not the cost that galls me, it's the attitude that they take. I was told it was my problem, take it or leave it. I won't do business with people like this. I'll spend my money with a company that understands customer relations. These guys don't have a clue! Don't waste your time or money with these guys!
