Like all I have read about, I am a victim too. Can someone contact me to join in a lawsuit. I am unemployed and have a 10 year old daughter to take care of. The Co. Told me "not to play that sympathy card with them". They won't let me out saying I would be bill an additional $1500.00 but I am sure it is more reading all of these stories and put me with a collection agency. This company is going to ruin my good credit! They don't give a s&^$. I can't even get a hold of the rep that sold me the product. He won't return any of the 20 phone calls I have made to him. I even offered to give them back their product and they said just "throw it away"! It adds up to $1687.00 and they don't want it back. I tried to make a payment plan and they would only settle on $44.95/month no deal. I pleaded with them to work with me.."no way", Mr. Gomez said. This is like a real thrill for them.
