UHW contraced with me for 2 years of service and then rejected my 1st service request for a faulty freezer. I called and sent emails requesting service and got no response, so then I wrote a letter to the head of customer service who's name appeared on my acceptance letter... Mr. Kyle Matthews at the P.O. Bos 1157 in Oakhurst, Nj 07755... Only to have that letter returned in Sept of this year... It was mailed on 4/25/07.
The contract number assigned me was uhw543952 and the 1st year was scheduled to expire on 2/3/08. Now, I'm concerned they will try to get the 2nd year fee from my credit card number used for the 1st year contract.
