I was talked into putting Rainsoft water softener in my house in Aug. Of 07. Was completed bull shitted. Talk about a line of crap. It does not do anything they said. My clothes are being ruined, slipping and falling in tub, more lint then ever in dryer. They refuse to work with me on removel, and releif of the loan. I cant believe they can get away with lying to people, what a sales line, they made it seem we were washing up, doing laundry and drinking, very bad water. When now its really bad. I wonder how many other people havge been told the same. If someone keeps calling you to do a water sample, don't do it!!! It's all bull. They are a rip off. They presure you into it, and then put you in a loan of high percent and $7000.00 of good for nothing product that needs to be thrown away!!!
