I dropped off my oldie-but-goodie John Deere 180 riding mower at Milbradt Lawn Equipment so they could inflate the new tires I had purchased and installed myself (as I do not have a commercial grade compressor in my garage!).
In calling to see if it was ready to pick up, I was informed that the fee for the "inflation service" was over ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!
I was told that there were inner tubes needed to properly inflate the front tires (a reasonable thing to do) which were $17 each.
So - of the $106 invoice, only $34 was for parts.
The remaining $72 of the invoice was for airing up the tires!
what a joke! (so funny i forgot to laugh):- (
