Company unresponsive for cabinet incorrectly order twice

On December 28, my spouse and that I requested Many Yorktown Foxridge/oakwood / Fall end kitchen units at Bathtub, Home and Hardwood focus on Greenbank Rd, Wilmington, P. The Sales Associate, Jenny Lee Wallace, improperly created and requested the cupboard which was designed to match along with the fridge.

We received the units at the conclusion of Feb so when prepared to deploy the units on March 6, the company discovered the cupboard requested for that the surface of the fridge (W3018B), had wrong measurements. The cupboard was too much time to suit within the fridge and also the thickness of the cupboard was transformed from 30” to 33” without telling people. On March 12, I achieved with Jenny Lee and he or she decided to rush-order an upgraded kitchen cupboard. On June 14, we turned up at Bathtub, Home and Hardwood Middle to locate the alternative cupboard hadn't been requested yet. The brand new cupboard was ultimately requested on September 14th (Order # 175052). We obtained the alternative cupboard at the conclusion of July, and discovered the cupboard was improperly requested once more. Once we paid upfront upon shipping of the initial cupboard purchase, Jenny Lee Wallace and Bathtub, Home and Hardwood Middle appear to have been unresponsive. We required a reimbursement of the cash taken care of the initial fridge case (W3018B) as well as an itemized bill using the price of units So As # 169442.
