All Access Energy/Indigo Visions/Next Level Relocations/Jevon and Tahmesha Cole aka Jay and Asia Cole/Asia Dejour / Tahmesha McKracken and other possible aka's and company names. They have multiple DBA's on file with the Dallas county. They have no assetts in their names in order to protect themselves after ripping off investors.

These two are my nephew and his wife. We 'partnered' on a home rehab project. They were to manage the vendors and manage the project. After asking multiple times for invoices from vendors, and Jevon and Mesha saying that they use illegal work and don't get invoices, my wife and I were able to get invoices directly from some of the vendors.

As it turned out, the painter was shorted $5,000 on an $18,000 invoice after I had already given Jevon the $18,000 to pay the painter. On the invoice it was stated that the vendor would be paid the remaining $5,000 after the house was sold. The house was not in Jevon or Tahmesha's name so they had no authority to make that deal. They pocketed the $5,000.

After being confronted with this discrepancy they refused to take my phone calls, answer any text messages or have any contact with me. They then went back to the painter and tried to negotiate down from the $5,000 to $500. The painter refused the deal. Jevon then offered the vendor $2500 but only $500 cash at the time. Again the vendor refused.

Multiple items were left unfinished on the house and Jevon and Tahnesha have not been back to the property since I confronted them. They have completely abandoned the project.

Additionally, Jevon and Tahmesha do not put any money up on the deals but they make people believe that they own the homes in order to bolster their position. Again, this is my nephew and if he can rip me off, he'll rip anybody off. If you are in the Dallas area, do not do business with these people.
