Before I started I gave them a deposit to schedule the rip out then they receive a payment for the application and then a final payment, they will not schedule anything before the next steps is paid.
This is were my story begins with them, I paid my first 5000.00 up fron to be on schedule in cashiers check made out to Jeff Kerber, they came and ripped out my pool bottom and then 2 days later collected another 4000.00 pluse 325 for some color lights added to my install in which I paid with a regular check, the upon completion another 1100.00 was to be paid 3 years later still not ever completed.
I paid $10,100 to a professional pool company and received the work of a make excuse to be not in business job. Jeff Kerber employees do not have the skill, training, knowledge or clue to what they are doing. They do not speak English, I did my bottom in a black Pearl like bottom because this was not mixed throughly or applied evenly and when I confronted Steve the new GM about it at the end of the day they installed it he stated " this is how pebble tech should look",
I then contacted the staff at Pebble Tech manufacture with my photos and ask them to explain they stated this is an un even application and not done correctly and they asked me what certified installation company of there installed this they came unglued when I told them Jeff Kerber, they do not and have never carried there brand they make up there own brand and they have no rights to be using the Pebble Tech name on there selling techniques. This is not a Pebble Tech product this is a Jeff Kerber private Label un even mixture.
The pool & spa had black areas all over the steps and bottoms of the spa, when questioned about this Mark Kerber came out the drained the water and tried to acid wash the pebbles to make it look brighter and instead it made it look like more missing pebbles. Ther were alot of high & low areas, ripples, dark lines.
The mastic is cracking, splitting and sloppy. The heads to go into the pipe holes they came out 4 different times to put them in and still 3 years later never was done or copmpleted I did hold back a final payment of 1100.00 from them till completed.
3 years later they are now sending me to a collection agency stateing I owe them 5,000 check in which they have no record of receiving... What I was told by a previous employee is Jeff has a way of taking the cashiers checks with him for personal use and then they right off as a lost in the years books... So iam as a unsatisfied crappy job customer is now fighting not to pay them twice over, just beware...
