I paid cash for a bedroom suit. When they finished setting up the bed and dresser I had to ask them where the chest of drawers was. They told me it was damaged and they would have to reorder it and I should get in one to two weeks.
When I called to confirm I was told that it would be two to four weeks.
I called back to get a confirm the date of my delivery and was told that their records showed that I received my delivery and that I signed the receipt. I told her that the delivery man circled the chest and told me that that meant I didn't receive it.
I contacted the corporate office. They said they would pass my e-mail to the Midland store and someone would call me. They never called.
I contacted another store and they promised twice to have the manager call me. They never called. After reading all the complaints posted on the internet I don't expect to ever get what I paid for without contacting a lawyer.
