Ripoff I paid 3,500.00 for simply put garbage furniture

In December I spent $3,500.00 at Gardner White for a sofa, loveseat, and chaise. I called the company just 4 months later in April to report the pillows on the furniture looked terrible, the foam inside all the pillows had began to break down leaving them looking like limp rags. The solid foam cushion on the chaise was of such poor quality that it was actually sagging over the edge of the frame. Most incredible was the fact that it is just my husband and I and we NEVER use the chaise at all.

All the pillows across the back of the furniture sag so terribly that the room looks in complete disarray all the time. The foam filling in the pillows have all come apart and seem to be in big chunks under the material.

Gardner White sent a serviceman out who refused service stating it was not a factory defect. I guess I paid 3,500.00 for simply put garbage furniture. I asked them to send someone else out to inspect the furniture and was told the same story " It was not a factory defect". I would expect this kind of appearance from furniture that one might pay 399.00 for a sofa, loveseat and chaise, but not the amount we invested. No one from Gardner White has expressed any interest in helping us resolve our problem, We were totally ripped off.
