Kenneth Mason-Lais, DBA KML Inspections, holds himself out to be a licensed contractor and an industry expert in the area of home inspections. The fact is, this guy's contractor's license is under suspension, his bond expired and he has been the subject of multiple civil and even criminal actions regarding his conduct.
Don't let this con artist sell you with his bogus affiliations, including his representation that he is an on camera expert for a major local TV station in Sacramento, CA. He also claims to be a court certified "Expert." This is true, but not from providing his "expert" opinion in court, but from his many experiences as a DEFENDENT in MANY CASES.
Frankly, the only "inspection" that he provides is his inspection of your pocket book and how much he can get from it.
