Cornerstone Inspections came and did an inspection at the home I was about to purchase. They cleared my home other than a few minor concerns and I closed on my home in June. I had an air duct company come out to clean my air ducts and they discovered through testing. Black mold! I had the company take care of it and spent ALOT of out of pocket money to fix this scary problem. I contacted Cornerstone Inspections owner and he absolutely refuses to give me a refund on the inspection that they did where they MISSED the mold. The owner is extremely unprofessional and feels he doesn't owe me anything. He was rude, unapologetic, and talked down to me. I would recommend anyone looking to get an inspection done to NOT go to Cornerstone Inspections!
